The total snowfall we have had in the month of Feb. When will it end? Finally, I have the proper foot wear for winter riding. After the first ride I am really impressed!

The Year of the Bike Continues!

You can't let a little blizzard stop you from riding. After a day of shoveling it was great to get out on the bike. The Rig on the road was the order of the day. Road conditions were not ideal. I had to stay on back roads because of flying slush from passing cars!

White Stuff

I'll take 4 hours with a dusting of snow...

After two hours on Sat. I was looking forward to the four hours planned on Sunday. The pace on this ride was pretty "easy". If you could call any ride in the Wissahickon on a single speed easy. With a just enough snow to make the trails seem different from the day before I was in my happy place. The legs just kept spinning and for the end of Jan. I was excited about the feelings in the legs. Climbing at the end of the ride was stll fun! The year of the bike continues!
